GPT permits cancellations up to 24 hours before a scheduled tutoring session. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will still be counted as a full session. The session time will then be deducted from the client’s total hours.
Emergency situations may be waved on a case-by-case basis.

In-Home Tutoring
At least one adult guardian, aged 18+ MUST be present for any in-home tutoring sessions.
Payments for sessions must be made by Sunday 11:59PM, BEFORE the beginning of the tutoring week.
GPT currently accepts payments on our website using Squarespace payment services. We also accept fee-free payments through Zelle & Venmo.
Payments
In the unlikely event of an emergency that prevents our tutors from carrying out their duty, GPT clients will NOT lose any pre-purchased session time. Any lost hours will be reimbursed to the client.
Emergency
Clients receive a gift card from a variety of local stores for every new student they refer to GPT that signs up.
