24+ Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an in-person, scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before an online session may be rescheduled without penalty as well.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled, in-person session (12 hours for online) will result in a deduction of pre-purchased minutes equal to 50% of the total session time. If paying weekly, 50% of the session cost will be charged to the client in order to continue services.
No-Show Policy: Missed appointments, without notice, will result in a deduction of pre-purchased minutes equal to 100% of the total session time. If paying weekly, 100% of the session cost will be charged to the client in order to continue services.
Tutor Cancellation Policy: If a tutor must cancel, the scheduled hours will be returned to the client’s package and the session may be rescheduled. Discounted sessions may be offered to clients as well.

In-Home Tutoring
At least one adult guardian, aged 18+ MUST be present for any in-home tutoring sessions.
Payments for sessions will be charged & invoiced by Sunday 11:59PM, before the start of each new tutoring week.
GPT currently accepts payments directly on our website using Squarespace payment services. We also accept payments through Zelle & Venmo at a 3% discounted rate.
Payments
All purchased hours expire 7 months after the initial date of purchase.
Expiration
Clients who refer a new student to GPT will receive a gift card from a variety of local businesses.
